Residents use tree to honor residents who died from addiction WHAG A Memory Christmas Tree is up in the Berkeley County Recovery Resource Center, to give residents a way to remember their loved ones who lost their lives to addiction. One by one, residents are able to hang ornaments and pictures of their loved ones.
